Red Wine Paquito el Chocolatier
This aged red wine that pays homage to the well-known "Paquito el Chocolatero" pasodoble and its composer, has been made from grapes from selected vineyards located in the Valencian towns of Beniarrés, Alcocer de Planes, Cocentaina, Gorga and Muro, with a wide variety of limestone and clayey soils. After a manual harvest, the vinification and aging of its varieties is carried out separately, highlighting the Monastrell and the Giró with 8 months in 500-liter French oak barrels and the Garnatxa with 6 months in 4,000-liter vats. After all these processes we obtain a unique and original wine, with volume and very well structured.
This aged wine has a limpid and bright cherry red color. It presents soft aromas of ripe fruit with light spicy, balsamic and mineral touches. In mouth it presents a sweet and smooth attack with a friendly and fresh mid palate and a long and deep aftertaste.
Ideal to accompany red meats, meat stews or Mediterranean rice dishes, both dry and sweet. It is also an excellent accompaniment to sausages and cured cheeses.
We recommend its consumption slightly cool, between 16ºC to 18ºC.
30% Monastrell, 35% Garnatxa Tintorera, 25% Giró, 5% Shyrah and 5% Bonicaire.
